Alf England Motorcycles: Yamaha Customer Care Award
Founded in 1946 by Martin Cole’s grandfather, Alf England is still trading over 65 years later and a key part of this success is customer service, according to Cole. “On behalf of everyone at Alf England Motorcycles I would like to thank all of our loyal customers,” he said. “It really is an honour to know that all of our hard work is appreciated. We have always tried to offer the highest levels of customer service and to win the Yamaha Masters of Customer Care award for the second time really does show that we are continuing to get things right. I would also like to thank all of my staff members for their hard work and would also like to thank Yamaha Motor UK for its on-going support. After being a Yamaha dealer for over 20 years we are still very happy to be a key member of the Yamaha family.”

Five more dealers were shortlisted for the award — Alan Duffus Motorcycles, Keith Dixon Motorcycles, Motorcycle Mart, Phoenix Motorcycles and Saunders Motorcycles.
