We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team at our brand new Cannock dealership.
Customer focus as well as a strong technical knowledge that can pull a team together to make the department run efficiently.

You should have the drive and leadership skills to push the department forward.

Candidates must have the ability to work effectively in what can be a high pressurised environment, must be smart in appearance, determined and proactive. To be considered for the vacancy candidates must have experience in a service/aftersales environment, ideally within a franchised dealer environment.

Your key role will be to oversee the service advisors, technicians and support team within the service department. To maximise profitability and effectively and also assist the service advisors as and when required, effectively deal with any customer issues and complaints. Regularly review processes for improvement, and monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

A full bike and car licence are essential.

We are looking for a top Sales Executive to join our successful team at our Cannock, Clay Cross and Stoke-on-Trent dealerships.
Selling some of the market's leading and most popular motorcycle brands. Working with these brands, you must be well-presented and professional in order to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:


  • To manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
  • To maximise the sale and profitability of all motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
  • To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
  • To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Using established follow up & prospecting procedures to maximise customer loyalty and retention.
  • To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.
    An excellent basic salary will be awarded to the successful candidate together with a generous commission structure which is payable on all sales of bikes and finance & insurance.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 Years sales experience from either the motorcycle / automotive / retail industries. You should be computer literate and possess an outstanding record of sales achievement. Also good business acumen and FCA authorisation would be desirable.

It is essential that candidates should possess a can do attitude and a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who thrives on a challenge. You should already have experience of working within a defined retail sales process environment.

A full bike and car licence are essential.

We are looking for a Service Writer to join our team at our brand new Cannock dealership.
We offer a wide range of new and used motorcycles, and take great pride in being able to offer a first class experience for their customers.

Working as part of a busy team, you will be based on Service Reception where your responsibilities will include meeting and greeting customers, dealing with any telephone enquiries and liaising with the Service Manager.

Looking after a team of Technicians, allocating the work load and managing the jobs effectively.

You will ensure that services and repairs are completed within agreed timeframes and that customers are kept fully informed along the way, and be responsible for providing customers with estimates and accurately invoicing for work carried out.

The successful Candidate should possess previous experience of working within a Service Advisor role in the motor trade, have strong customer service skills & the ability to work without supervision, as well as being able to priorities and multi task. You should be able demonstrate the ability to build rapport with all types of customers and be confident in negotiating and influencing situations.

Qualified Motorcycle Technician required in our Newport, Cannock and Clay Cross dealerships with good all round experience to come and join our busy workshop team working with a mix of new Yamaha’s and a wide range of used bikes from most all major brands.
The successful candidate must have experience of modern machines and be able to use current diagnostic equipment. From time to time you may also be required to talk to customers and as such you must be able to communicate clearly and provide technical explanations in a way that can be easily understood.

Further ongoing industry leading manufacturer training will be provided as necessary.

You should have a minimum of 3 Years technical experience with modern motorcycles and be able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards.

You must be a self-starter with a flexible can do attitude, have good attention to detail and be able to work well as part of a team.

You must also be legally entitled to live and work in the UK.

A full bike and car licence are essential.

Yamaha’s MT Tour is to participate in the MCN Festival of Motorcycling, further expanding the diverse choice of bikes available for public test at the Peterborough Arena over the weekend of 14-15 May.

Yamaha's fleet of test bikes joins the latest models from Triumph, Suzuki, KTM and Indian/Victory.

Yamaha plans to fly in four brand-new MT-10 machines, direct from the world press launch in Spain.

Other attractions include star guest Colin Edwards who will lead Team USA in the second annual MCN Transatlantic short-track trophy. Trials legend Steve Colley will be performing top tricks in his legendary stunt show and there will be classic race bike parades too.

Bikes, old and new, will be on show in the expanded Club Zone, and bargains are promised in the retail zone and new autojumble area.

On 3 July, Leighton Hall near Carnforth in Lancashire, plays host to Mark Woodward’s Classic Car and Bike Show. 

Home of the Gillow furniture making family, the hall is steeped in history and heritage and the perfect backdrop for a vintage vehicle event such as this. 

This fantastic day out, set against a backdrop of the Lakeland Fells is a chance to see transport from a by-gone era, displayed on the terrace at the front of the hall and in the parkland.
