Our continued expansion means that we are now looking for an experienced sales professional to work together with our existing motorcycle dealer partners  in order to deliver increased finance and insurance performance.  This is coupled with the ability to acquire new business relationships through new targeted opportunities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of trading relationships with Motorcycle Dealers across the Northern region (including N. Ireland). This will involve working closely with our manufacturer partner (KTM) to secure mutual objectives.

The successful candidate must have excellent verbal communication skills, strong numerical, presentation and influencing skills, excellent time management, sound knowledge of distribution channels and consumer legislation.
In addition, you will ideally have previous experience within the motorcycle industry either as a Sales Executive and/or F&I Specialist, have an in depth knowledge of retail finance and associated products, have experience of  a controlled sales process within a dealer environment and have coaching or training experience.

The successful candidate will live in or be prepared to move to the specified region and must have a full UK driving licence (including full motorcycle licence).

In exchange the salary will be between £32,000 and £38,000 plus bonus and benefits, including a company motorcycle.

THE ROLE
    •    Overall responsibility for the development of the Husqvarna brand in the UK
    •    Responsible for the UK sales target achievement, budget and strategy in conjunction with senior management

    •    50% office based therefore you must live or be prepared to relocate to a commutable distance to Brackley, Northamptonshire
    •    Co-ordination of the Husqvarna Dealer Agreements
    •    Responsible for Husqvarna Dealer Development
    •    Responsible for Marketing and Motorsport plans (national and dealer)
    •    Manage the overall relationship between Husqvarna and the dealer network which will involve regular dealer visits
    •    Occasional overseas travel to the Husqvarna factory and press launches

THE PERSON
    •    A professional approach with good communication skills and attention to detail
    •    A good motorcycle industry all-rounder with dealer and/or manufacturer experience
    •    A proven background in Sales - Dealer Development or Marketing experience would be advantageous
    •    Off road motorcycle knowledge and experience
    •    Computer literacy
    •    Initiative and a desire to succeed

THE POSITION OFFERS
Realistic OTE £45-50k including generous basic salary + fully expensed company vehicle + mobile phone + laptop

SUZUKI ROADSHOW COMES TO KC SUPERBIKES

Suzuki GB's summer-long test ride roadshow enters the final month this weekend, as popular local dealer KC Superbikes take part in the nationwide dealer event on Saturday 3 August.

A wide variety of models from the 2013 model range will be available to test ride on the day, as KC Superbikes test ride fleet will be bolstered by an additional fleet of demo machines provided by Suzuki GB.

Models available to test ride include the iconic Hayabusa and the legendary GSX-R1000, as well as the popular V-Strom 650 adventure bike and the award winning GSR750.
