MANX TIE-UP WITH ACE CAFE

The Isle of Man Government has established a strategic partnership with London’s Ace Cafe biker venue, involving a series of commercial, marketing and promotional initiatives around both the TT races and the new Classic TT event running alongside the Manx Grand Prix.

Ace cafe: TT activities
Now an internationally-licensed brand with outlets and representatives in the USA, Germany, Finland, Japan and, most recently, China, Ace Cafe London will recreate its iconic venue on the North Circular Road in the Classic TT paddock, decorated with motorcycling memorabilia. The Ace crew will also be taking over the VIP hospitality facility at the heart of the paddock on Saturday 24 August for an Ace Cafe party that will feature bands playing rock-and-roll from the 50s and 60s. In addition, a range of merchandise featuring both the Classic TT and Ace Cafe insignia will be available.

As part of the deal, Ace Cafe is marketing an exclusive Ace to Race visitor package for the Classic TT, priced at £2000 plus VAT. This includes five nights’ accommodation at the four-star Claremont hotel on Douglas Promenade, return Steam Packet sailings from Liverpool, the paddock carnival on Friday 23 August, VIP hospitality for the two Classic TT race days, and tickets to both the Ace Cafe party on Saturday night and a TT Heroes dinner on Sunday evening.

The partnership will also see the TT and Classic TT promoted globally as part of Ace Cafe’s event programme at trade shows and other motorcycle events.
