NEWS: SCOTTISH MOTORCYCLE SHOW DRAWS THE CROWDS

SCOTTISH MOTORCYCLE SHOW DRAWS THE CROWDS

The Scottish Motorcycle Show at Ingliston in Edinburgh drew in the crowds on Saturday, despite clashing with the Scotland versus Wales Six Nations rugby match at nearby Murraryfield. Sunday morning motorcyclists and biking fans woke up to an inch of snow which, although clearing later in the day, was unfortunate timing!

Ducati Glasgow, supported by Ducati UK, presented for the first time in Scotland the 2019 range which comprises 11 bikes, including seven completely new motorcycles, Corse models and selected Ducati Scramblers.

The highly anticipated Ducati Panigale V4 R was revealed at 10am on both Saturday and Sunday to a huge audience.

Managing director Martin Rees was upbeat about the show and the state of the market. More in the next issue of BDN. The dealership kicks off its motorcycling season with a Season Opening and New Model Launch Party on 30/31 March, when customers will get an early glimpse of the complete Ducati model range.

Yamaha's supported stand was also impressive, mimicking the feel of a dealer showroom.
