We are recruiting for a Senior Parts & Customer Services Adviser with a strong knowledge of bikes and an interest in racing. 

Reactive Parts specialise in importing top end performance motorcycle parts to offer a complete distribution and online retail solution to race teams, club racers and track day riders globally.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

·         To gain advanced technical knowledge of our product ranges to offer support to our customers.

·         Excellent customer service skills via telephone/email & taking sales orders

·         Top IT skills in word/excel/outlook/internet.  Ability to learn our order management software (full training given)

·         Warehouse management  

    • Goods in
    • Stock checking
    • Goods out – picking & packing
    • Purchase ordering
    • Returns procedure


The type of person we are looking for will have excellent initiative, common sense and be able to make decisions.  It is vital to have problem solving skills when faced with challenges and to work in an organized manner whilst prioritizing a busy workload.

This is an exciting role that holds fantastic opportunities for any applicant interested in the motorcycle racing industry. There will be regular opportunities to attend races and trade shows within the UK and the potential for the role to extend into further responsibilities.

We are a fast paced company who is looking for ambitious and driven candidates who want a long term position with ongoing growth potential.

Working hours 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday.
