Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit two experienced ASM’s for the Southern regions to add to the small UK team.
Applicants should have a good knowledge of the motorcycle industry and hold a current car & motorcycle licence along with a genuine passion for managing a young and expanding dealer network and liaison with the HQ in Milan along with occasional European travel.
Attitude and development potential are more important than outright academic qualifications, however communication skills, literacy and computer proficiency are fundamental along with a high standard of personal presentation. The position involves day to day management and support of the fastest growing brand network in the UK industry and the ability to facilitate commercial targets both numerical and qualitative.
At least 5 years Industry related experience are the minimum requirement for this important role within the rebirth of the company.
