A real opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Manager who can lead our Retail & Warehouse Operation Team in their desire to create the best customer experience.

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 3 years Retail Management experience
  • Target led and results driven to meet and exceed sales targets
  • The  experience to maximise every sales opportunity
  • The ability to create great customer experiences
  • Store environment experience including merchandising and standards
  • A working understanding of warehouse procedures (goods in, goods out and asset protection)
  • Experience of managing a large portfolio of products within a store and warehouse environment
  • Customer Service experience including managing complaints with appropriate resolutions
  • An experienced leader who can develop, nurture and lead a Team

  • Great selling (with integrity) skills
  • Driven by targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised and methodical
  • A genuine interest in helping drive a growing business forward
  • An innovative and confident decision maker
  • The ability to manage multiple objectives at the same time
  • A hands on leader with a real interest in developing their team to be the very best
  • Experience in all areas of people management (development, discipline, appraisals, etc.)
  • The ability to work within a small team
  • A passion and experience with motorbikes and the community


Package on offer


  • Salary £24k to £27k dependent on experience

  • 28 days holiday per year (including bank holidays) rising each year to a maximum of 32 inclusive.
