Salary:
£23,000 upwards dependent on experience.

Normal Hours of Work:
Full time, 8:00am to 5:30pm or 7:00am to 4:30pm – Monday to Friday, plus overtime by mutual agreement.

Are you an experienced Motorcycle Technician looking for an opportunity to work in a state of the art facility on all makes and models of motorcycle? If so, this could be the role for you.

We are looking for a new member to join the team in our rapidly growing specialist accident damage repair and fleet operation. Our state-of-the-art, air conditioned facility is equipped with everything we require for our highly motivated team to undertake challenging and complex repair work to the most exacting standards; we are passionate about quality and innovation, this is reflected in all aspects of our work.
We are approved repairers for a number of manufacturers and can offer opportunities for training in various areas. Everyone has their strengths and we are passionate about working together to build and diversify each team-member's experience through cross-training.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years recent experience as a professional Motorcycle Technician in a workshop environment and be able to provide their own tools. You should be a goal oriented, pro-active team player with a flair for problem solving.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- Candidates must be fully qualified motorcycle technicians – having successfully undertaken a manufacturer apprenticeship, achieved NVQ level 3 or equivalent training
- Experience working on modern motorcycles and using diagnostic equipment
- Recent manufacturer training and experience
- Full and preferably clean motorcycle licence
- Able to work unsupervised in a safe and timely manner to high exacting standards.
- A self-starter with a flexible can do attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
