SERVICE MANAGER

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team at our
brand new Cannock dealership.
Customer focus as well as a strong technical knowledge that
can pull a team together to make the department run efficiently.
You should have the drive and leadership skills to push the
department forward.
Candidates must have the ability to work effectively in what
can be a high pressurised environment, must be smart in appearance, determined
and proactive. To be considered for the vacancy candidates must have experience
in a service/aftersales environment, ideally within a franchised dealer
environment.
Your key role will be to oversee the service advisors,
technicians and support team within the service department. To maximise
profitability and effectively and also assist the service advisors as and when
required, effectively deal with any customer issues and complaints. Regularly
review processes for improvement, and monitoring and working to monthly,
quarterly and annual targets.
A full bike and car licence are essential.
