MotoGB sales manager Dave Harper and three friends will be pushing themselves to the limit later this month, riding monkey bikes from John o’ Groats to Land’s End for charity.
The adventure is to raise funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the group has set a target of £1000. At the time of writing, the total pledged stands at £490.
The journey starts on the afternoon of Thursday, 28 April and finishes lunchtime Sunday, 1 May. You can follow Dave on Facebook (Monkey Boot Run).
Of the venture, Harper writes: “After a very successful charity event last year we decided that in 2016 we would support another local charity which is close to many people in Yorkshire, myself and three friends from our local village public house, the Boot n Shoe in Tockwith, near York. The bikes are Sky Team 125cc motorcycles and have being supplied by C G Chell in Stafford. Thank you for your support.”
